Laura is a rising second-year undergrad intending to major in psychology.
She served as team ambassador for TYDE’s inaugural Youth Hackathon. Her team, comprised of university and high school students, created “Chipchat,” an app that focused on social connection for teens.
Laura’s areas of interest in psychology include brain plasticity and experience dependent brain development. She plans to attend graduate school for psychology, where she hopes to conduct research, with the aim to become a licensed therapist.
