Franklin Li is a rising fourth year majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience and minoring in Statistics.
In addition to helping TYDE, Franklin has been a research assistant in the PACT Lab since 2023 and has presented some of his work at the Undergraduate Research Symposium and the L. Starling Reid Conference.
He was also a Team Facilitator during TYDE’s Youth Hackathon (2025 & 2026) where he helped create digital mental health interventions for youth. His team and their intervention, “Apollo” was a Top 3 finalist at the 2026 Hackathon.
His interests lie in how we can utilize technology and digital mental health interventions to increase accessibility to psychiatric care for underserved individuals. Franklin hopes to attend medical school after completing his undergraduate studies to pursue his aspirations of becoming a psychiatrist for social change.
