TYDE and DMR Adventures present a unique show/workshop where teen actors guide adult actors and audience members through real conversations about anxiety, screen use, and mental health.
The goal: help parents build skills, break down barriers, and practice tough topics, with teens themselves as guides. Part improv, part structured scenarios. Too often, sensitive conversations are avoided or turn into conflict. We aim to empower parents to engage with teens on difficult topics in ways that are supportive, courageous, and meet teens where they are.
Adults and teens welcome! This event is free, with lunch included.
