Lunch & Learn: Kelly Shaffer

On April 16th, 2026, we hosted Kelly Shaffer (Center for Behavioral Health and Technology, School of Medicine) where she presented on the Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST), a research framework that can help researchers develop more efficient digital health interventions. The talk highlighted why digital interventions are particularly well-suited for optimization research and featured an applied example from a factorial trial optimizing a digital intervention for breast cancer survivors.
