Morning Transportation
- 8:00 AM – Shuttle service from DoubleTree to Locatelli Center, Santa Clara University
- Alternative transportation can be arranged independently if needed
Main Conference
- 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
- 9:00 – 5:15 PM: Conference programming at Locatelli Center
Evening Programming
- 5:30 PM: Special Invitation Reception at De Saisset Museum
- 6:30 PM: Shuttle departure reception to hotel and dinner
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Private dinner gathering at Orchard City Kitchen (near to hotel)
Tuesday, September 30, 2025
Closing Activities
- 8:30 AM: Shuttle departure from DoubleTree to Santa Clara University
- 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Breakfast and facilitated breakout discussions
Note: Transportation after 11:00 AM on 9/30 is self-arranged. Many attendees will be departing for travel.
