Research on technology and youth mental health spans institutions, disciplines, and time zones. TYDE’s Community Scholar Program brings those researchers together to create a shared space for collaboration, connection, and the cross-institutional conversations that move a field forward.
Community Scholar Program
TYDE (Thriving Youth in a Digital Environment) is the University of Virginia’s pan-university initiative on youth, mental health, and digital technology. Our Community Scholar Program is an invitation to researchers at other institutions to join a growing cross-institutional community: to share work, find collaborators, and help shape a field that needs more connection across its parts.
Scholars get access to TYDE’s seminar programming, a listing in our public researcher directory, a network of colleagues working on related questions, and a point of contact at TYDE who can help you find the right connections.
