There’s a lot of discussion about the effects of social media on teens’ mental health, but rarely do we actually ask teens and young adults what they want and need so they can use social media in good ways. We wanted to help teens and young adults figure out solutions that worked for them.
During this week-long internship, high school students worked in teams to create PSAs, skits, and other creative conversation starters that explored topics related to teen’s mental health and social media. No previous experience was required.
